About Amber Cline

I began my real estate career in 2014 after the birth of our youngest son, when an opportunity opened that allowed me to step into the industry while still being present at home during those early days. What started as an opportunity quickly became a calling. Since moving into real estate full time in 2015, I have had the privilege of serving families across Middle Tennessee for over a decade, consistently producing at a high level while keeping relationships at the heart of everything I do.

Real estate has always been part of my story. I grew up watching my mother serve clients as an agent, and I learned early on that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction, it is a life moment. Before becoming licensed, I worked as an assistant, gaining valuable behind the scenes experience that still serves my clients today.

As a Portland, Tennessee native, I am deeply rooted in this community and primarily serve Sumner and the surrounding counties. While much of my business is local, I have access to properties throughout the state of Tennessee and am honored to help clients wherever life takes them.

In 2020, my husband Kory joined me, and together we formed Team Cline Homes. Working side by side has been one of the greatest blessings of my career. Our strengths complement one another. While Kory may be leading conversations or negotiating on your behalf, I am often working behind the scenes managing contracts, timelines, and the details that protect our clients. That balance allows us to provide steady communication, broader perspective, and consistent support from start to finish.

I care deeply about making sure our clients feel informed and confident. I believe luxury is not defined by price point, but by the level of service, clarity, and care you receive. I take time to explain the process, answer questions thoroughly, and provide reassurance when it is needed. First time homebuyers hold a special place in my heart, and I never take lightly the moment of handing over keys for the first time.

Above all, I am a wife and a proud mom to two incredible boys who are my world. Being their mom shapes the way I serve, with patience, steadiness, and a deep understanding of how important these decisions are for a family’s future.

This career comes with early mornings and late nights, and I embrace both with dedication and, most days, a good cup of coffee before anything else begins. Outside of work, I enjoy time at the lake with my family, traveling to new places, relaxing at home with our boys and our puppies, and unwinding with a good series after a full day.
